DTS water spray retort is a highly efficient, fast and uniform sterilization method under counter-pressure conditions.
Heating and cooling the tempreture through the heat exchanger, steam and cooling water will not contaminate the product, and no water treatment chemicals are required, saving the requirement of water, water treatment chemicals and energy consumption. The process water is sprayed through the pump and nozzles distributed in the retort to form a mist of water to the product to achive the purpose of sterilization. Precise temperature and presure control can be suitable for a variety of packaging products.

■The temperature control system can choose linear and stepwise heating modes according to different products and processes. The temperature can be precisely controlled at ±0.3°C, with uniform distribution and uniform sterilization.
■The pressure control system continuously adapts to the pressure changes inside the packaging during operation, and the pressure can be controlled within ±0.05Bar, which is suitable for various packaging forms. High efficiency, time-saving and labor-saving, and stable operation.
■Indirect heating and cooling through the heat exchanger, process water and steam and cooling water do not come into contact with each other to avoid secondary contamination of the product.
■Quickly circulated with little process water, fast heating to get sterilization temperature. Different from pure steam sterilization, no exhaust is required, and about 30% of steam is saving.
■Compliant with FDA/USDA certification. DTS is a member of IFTPS in the United States, base on serving North American customers, DTS realized FDA/USDA regulatory requirements and cutting-edge sterilization technology.
■Siemens PLC automatic control system is stable and reliable. When the operation is wrong, the system will automatically remind the operator to make a timely and effective response.
