1. Temperature resistance:

4. Heat penetration:

★ Thickness issue: Consider the thickness of the box material. Thicker materials may require longer processing times to achieve even heat penetration.

1. Even coverage:

★ If you use a spray sterilizer/retort, the spray water can be sprayed evenly on the product.
★ Adjust top spray, side spray or all-around spray according to the design of the box.

2. Control system:

Linear and step heating modes can be selected according to different products and process formulas, so as to achieve the best repeatability and stability between batches of products, and the temperature can be controlled. at ±0.5℃.
★ The pressure control system continuously adjusts the pressure during the entire production process to adapt to changes in the internal pressure of the product packaging, so that the deformation of the product packaging is minimized. It can be easily satisfied for boxed products, and the pressure can be controlled at ±0.05Bar.
